Micah Langston was born and raised in Riverside California,
the heart of the Inland Empire. He began his athletic endeavors at the early age of eight participating in track and field.Just like most kids, Micah dabbled
in multiple sports as he got older.
Once in high school, Micah concentrated on basketball and track. Being a two year state qualifier in track and an all American in basketball Micah excelled
at Riverside North High School for two years and Pueblo South High School for two years (located in Pueblo, Colorado). Micah was named MVP of the Colorado
State Tournament, nominated to the McDonalds All American team and led his basketball team to a state title.
Once out of High School, Micah signed with the University of Louisville located in Louisville, Kentucky. He played one year of basketball under the Hall
of Fame coach Denny Crumb. Micah was the first freshman from Colorado to play for Denny Crumb. After one year, Micah decided to come back to Southern California
to finish his career at Cal State San Bernardino. In 1999 he led his team to their first West Regional championship and their first elite eight appearances,
finishing at number 6 in the nation at the division two level.
Micah has experienced athletics at the highest level. Internationally, Micah has played in Puerto Rico and Australia. He has been invited to professional
camps such as the Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles clippers, the Anaheim Arsenal (Nbdl) and others. In 2006, Micah founded NonStop Sports Club and it has
been thriving ever since.
Micah graduated from Cal State San Bernardino with a BA in psychology. He is currently pursuing his masters in Sports Psychology. "I believe in developing
the mind as well as the body, by instilling and building character and improving physical performance." He began his coaching career in 2000 with basketball
and volleyball. He has helped develop and train a lot of the youth in the Inland Empire today. He has coached both volleyball and basketball for many clubs
and schools in the Rancho Cucamonga area. He is currently the director of NonStop Sports Club while remaining one of the most sought after trainers and
coach in the area.
